"I am breathing in and out of my nose for the first time in over 20 years and I have Dr. Watson to thank. She wanted me to look into possible sleep apnea. I discovered I have a mild case of sleep apnea and a deviated septum. A surgery corrected my deviated septum. Now, my nasal congestion is minimal! Tongue placement is huge when it comes to dental work, and it is impacted by breathing. Now, we can move forward with the next step in my orthodontic plan.
